The gym at the Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa***** is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Use of the gym is only possible after reading these regulations.
The gym is intended for persons who have no health contraindications to physical exercises. Persons with health problems should consult a doctor before exercising.
Only people exercising are allowed in the gym.
Entry to the gym is possible only in appropriate and complete sportswear and clean (indoor) sports shoes.
It is mandatory to use a towel when exercising. Equipment should be disinfected after use.
Gym staff has the right to refuse entry to the gym to persons without appropriate sports attire for exercise, especially footwear.
Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from entering the gym. Persons over the age of 14 and under 18 years of age may use the gym with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian (at the request of the staff, client is required to show a document confirming their age).
It is recommended that you lock your belongings in lockers when using the gym. Valuable items should be deposited at the Hotel reception. The Hotel's liability for valuable items, which are not placed on deposit are limited by law.
Exercises on the equipment should be performed after reading the instructions of the equipment in question. All gym equipment and exercise equipment may only be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
Participants are required to perform exercises safely, i.e. exercise with such loads over which they have control themselves. Exercises with heavier loads should be performed with the assistance of another person.
Persons using the gym who feel unwell during exercise or stay in the gym are required to immediately stop exercising and notify the gym staff.
Before starting exercises, it is necessary to perform a warm-up, which can help to avoid injuries.
The use of equipment should be carried out safely, i.e. with attention to the safety of other people, respect for the equipment and the room.
Before exercising, the condition of the equipment should be checked - any defects, damage to equipment and instruments should be reported to the gym staff.

After completion of exercises, equipment and area should be put in order.
Staff has the right to expel persons violating the provisions of these rules and regulations, and about which they receive a reasonable suspicion that they will violate these regulations or the law, even if use of the gym has been paid for and unused by these persons. Refunds for unused services shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Participants will be held financially responsible for any self-inflicted damage/damage to the gym premises, in accordance with the law.
The Hotel staff reserves the right to temporarily limit the number of people in the gym, which will not apply to those using the gym prior to the restriction. Users will be informed of the restriction before using the gym.
